Semicurcular shell is made of the material HARDOX. The whole unit is welded with continuous welds, floor thickness is 8 mm sides 6 mm. The front is vertical, supported, with a protective shield over the cabine and with a body outlet. There is a strengthened profile on the top edge, a corner bracing at the front and floors that are resistant to material adherence, the back face is diagonally mounted on the top pins with pneumatic bottom release that is run automatically or with hydraulic opening, operated from the cabin. The body is heated by the exhausts fumes, the connection will be a part of the chassis.

 

SUBFRAME

The subframe is constructed indiviually for each chassis, in accordance with the recommendations and instructions of the chassis producer. Main beams of the subframe are of a closed profile and they are equipped with diagonal braces. Longitudinal beams are connected with two crossbeams for the fixing of the body bearings and with two partitions for the fixing of the hydraulic cylinder. The frame is made of the material No. 11523 and it is equipped with clamping elements of the frame.

 

HYDRAULIC BY THE FIRMA HYVA

The body lifting is made by one hydraulic cylinder that is placed in the front, the hydraulic circuit is operated by means of pneumatic-electric control from the driver´s cabin. The vehicle will be equipped with PTO from the manufacturer. Oil filling for -350C.

 

COLOUR

Subframe colour depends on the chassis colour, body colour in the colour RAL according to the customer´s requirements – in this case RAL 9006 – silver.
